What is
your privacy policy?
Your security and privacy are always our top concern. When you place an order
we will need your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card
number and expiration date in order to complete your order. We will never
exchange, rent or sell your personal information to any third party. Read more

Will my packaging be discreet?
Your items will be shipped in plain packaging with a return address from
CLG
Enterprises,
our parent company name. The word "lingerie" will not appear anywhere on
the outside of the package so you can have your order shipped to your home or
place of business discreetly. In fact, you could be ordering computer parts
for all they know!

How long
will it take to receive my order?
If every
item in your order is in stock we ship within 2-7 business days via
Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. If you need your order sooner please select one
of the expedited shipping options. Orders that come in over weekends and
holidays are processed the next business day. We will notify you if one of
your items is not in stock and offer alternative suggestions. Please
check your e-mail.
Requests
for expedited shipping will be processed on
the following business day. For example an order placed on Monday would be
processed on Tuesday and arrive Friday if shipped 3rd Business Day. Expedited
shipping rates are as follows and will be added to your standard shipping
charges at the time of checkout.

Expedited
shipping is available to street addresses only. Orders shipped via 3
Business Day, 2 Business Day and Next Business Day are guaranteed, except
under the following circumstances:

If a delivery attempt is made on the
scheduled delivery day, but nobody is present to receive the package

Delays due to bad weather or other reasons
outside the control of UPS or FedEx

If we notify you of an out of stock item and
you do not respond in a timely manner

Incorrect shipping address information
entered when you placed your order. Redelivery of a package where you
have given us incorrect shipping information or a partial address will
result in a $10.00 redelivery fee.

Do you ship
internationally?
Yes, we
do ship to many locations overseas. Orders take anywhere from 7 - 30 days,
sometimes longer. Rates vary but in most cases shipping is $25 for orders up
to $125 in value. Shipping to Canada is approximately $15. Please contact us
for exact charges. Any taxes, tariffs or duties levied must be paid by the
recipient of the order; we will not bill you for any of these charges. It is
required by law that we include a commercial invoice with your order. We
regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs.
Any and all duties, taxes and tariffs levied are the responsibility of the
customer; we will not bill you for these charges.

Is
it safe to pay by credit card over the Internet?
Absolutely. If your browser is able to process secure documents (i.e. if you
have a recent version of Netscape or Internet Explorer) your credit card
information is encrypted and kept private through our system. Many experts in
credit card fraud believe that using an SSL connection is one of the safest
methods to purchase a product by mail. If you're still unsure, ask your credit
card company for more information.

Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, we
accept debit cards but only those with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Debit cards
without Visa or MasterCard logos will automatically be declined.

Will I get e-mail from
you?
Yes, you
will get e-mail from us when your order is placed or if there is a problem
with your order. If you would prefer not to get e-mail, please place your
order by telephone or by fax.

Are there other ways to
order?
Yes. You
can place an order by mail with a check or money order, by telephone
or by Fax.

Mail: After adding the items to
your shopping cart, proceed to check out and simply print the order form and
send your payment to the address below. Orders paid by money order will be
processed immediately. Orders paid by check will be processed the day after
the check clears. (Please make check or money order payable to

To place an order by phone, please
call our office between the hours 9:00 to 6:00 PST, Monday through Friday.
Your call is important to us. If we are helping other customers and unable
to answer your call please leave your name, telephone number and the best
time to reach you.

To place an order by fax anytime day or night, you may add items to
your shopping cart and print out your order at anytime during the process.
When you fax us your order at the number below be sure to include your
telephone number and e-mail address to let us know how we may contact you
with questions about your order.

What is your return
policy?
We will be
glad to exchange for style, size needs, or a defective item provided the items
ordered are returned prepaid in new and "not used" condition within 30 days of
the sale. Shipping and handling charges are
not refundable.
- State law prohibits the
return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this
law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise
please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size and color. For
the health and safety of our employees returns of worn items will not be
accepted.
- In order to get
authorization for return we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of
merchandise. Contact us for a
Return Authorization
number (R.A.#) before returning the product. Returns without Return
Authorization numbers will be refused.
- Returns and exchanges
must be made within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original
receipt with all tags intact. The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed,
with all tags and labels intact, in original condition. Items not returned
in resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We will credit your
credit card or send you a check for the amount of the merchandise only. We
cannot refund shipping charges.
- All sales of hosiery,
bodystockings, panties, and specials merchandise are final and no returns
will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when
purchasing items from our closeout section.

are happy to take special orders. If we don't have what you want, let us know.

computer/data base/human error or anything that is out of our control, we
reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your money.
