Shipping & Delivery Methods
Delivery methods available are USPS Priority Mail (see chart below), UPS Ground (see chart below) and UPS Express 2 Day add $15.00 or Overnight $25.00, Canada $17.00. UPS delivery schedule is Monday through Friday for regular delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We will be glad to exchange for style, size needs, or a defective item provided the items ordered are returned prepaid in new and "not used" condition within 30 days of the sale. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size and color. For the health and safety of our employees returns of worn items will not be accepted.
- In order to get authorization for return we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization number (R.A.#) before returning the product. Returns without Return Authorization numbers will be refused.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original receipt with all tags intact. The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, in original condition. Items not returned in resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We will credit your credit card or send you a check for the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping charges.
- All sales of hosiery, bodystockings, panties, specials, and closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing items from our closeout section. See Satisfaction guarantee below.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product and your money will be refunded. All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days of the sale date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition. Obviously, clothing returns should be in a new and "not used" condition. Bustiers that are bent in half will not be accepted as like new.
